Where is the data provided?

All data is provided via the FlowView platform.
The platform is securely protected by login credentials and can be accessed from any device.

Is there a role and permission management for users?

Yes. FlowView supports permission concepts with different user levels.
This allows multiple departments to collaborate efficiently — for example with defined roles such as Recording, Viewing, Commenting, Editing and Approval.

Different users can work on the same smoke study with clearly separated responsibilities.

What access does the auditor receive — and can they access the platform before the site visit?

Auditors can be provided with their own login credentials with viewing rights.
This allows them to access the FlowView platform in advance — a capability that is increasingly requested to prepare inspections before visiting the site.

Is the platform protected against hard deletion?

Yes. FlowView does not allow hard deletion.
No user role has permission to hard delete any recorded data. Once recording starts, the data is securely stored — and cannot be changed or removed.

Are audit trails available?

Yes. All creation and modification processes are recorded via audit trails and can be filtered by time, exported and printed.

What is the security standard of the software?

FlowView is developed according to GAMP 5* guidelines.
All data is stored at two physically separated data centers in Germany, ISO 27001 certified.

*GAMP 5 (=Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) is the global standard for GMP-compliant software in the pharmaceutical industry, issued by the ISPE. It defines how software must be developed, documented, tested and operated in order to be used in validated pharmaceutical processes.

Where is the data stored?

All data is stored at two physically separated data centers in Germany, both ISO 27001 certified.

Can project-related documents be stored?

Yes. Project-related documents can be stored within the FlowView platform. Coming with the first 2026 Update.

Is it possible to add narration to the videos?

Yes. All videos can be provided with narration.
Using an innovative AI-based tool, professional narrations can be created and linked to each intervention. Coming with the first 2026 update.

How long is access to the data secured?

Your data and access to it are secured for 15 years — provided that all corresponding payments are maintained.

Are there exit strategies if we no longer want to use FlowView?

Yes. Exit strategies are available.
After contract termination, all data is transferred to the customer. This is contractually defined at the start of the collaboration.

Is the system validated?

FlowView has already been validated at multiple customer sites.
Individual validation is possible if required. Please contact us for further details.

Is customer support available?

Yes. FlowView provides customer service and support.
Different support levels are available. Please contact us for further information.
